REPORTING A BUG

Game glitches happen, we see it in many ways, especially new events/content. 


BUT what can we do about it?!...


The first thing one should always do, shut down and restart game. Go from there.
Sometimes there is a simple solution...
(You've lost your Internet Connection!)



GEAR on right side of screen is your Settings Menu. Click on it. Will bring up a Settings Screen...

If you are unable to get in the game to report your bug, email game here:

support@belkatechnologies.zendesk.com

Be specific in your email, include as much pertinent information as possible, include User ID (found at bottom of Settings menu), attach screenshots if able. 



Game developers can not fix/change what they don't know... we NEED to let them know.





(Some insight into WHY we are seeing "glitches"); From game team member: The game developers are a relatively small team. This game has recently taken off in leaps and bounds (many former PB'ers know why!! 😉)
It is a struggle as you can imagine, to handle thousands of new players plus add content. PLEASE BE PATIENT is best advice that can be given. They are aware and constantly working their hardest to please US! We have seen a LOT, if not ALL, positive resolutions, in time. We are a fraction of ALL players, so we understand why getting back to reported issues may not be what we hope. Be sure to check; 
Funky Bay Community FB Page    for up to date announcements re: Bug Fixes. If there has been a mass glitch, they will often address it here, and fix it in game. (this MAY be why you are not receiving a response to certain issues?)
